As Adalove expanded its reach across Latin America and established itself as a strategic partner in AI-powered customer experience, the brand needed an identity that could evolve with it: bolder, clearer, and deeply aligned with innovation and human connection.
The rebranding process focused on redefining how Adalove presents itself to the world:
not just as a tech provider, but as a CX technology key player that brings together automation, intelligence, and empathy in every interaction.
My goals:
Position Adalove as a forward-thinking, AI-native company. Clear focus on CX technology, digital transformation, and data-powered solutions.
Establish a unified visual language across products and services. Enabling scalability while maintaining clarity between the core suite: Assist Desk, Agentix, Campaign Manager, and Smart Dialler.
Humanise the tech narrative. Balancing automation and intelligence with warmth, approachability, and purpose-led storytelling.
This new identity is a strategic evolution that reflects the company’s maturity, vision, and future-forward mindset.
