Empathy-driven booking experiences.

Simplicity and design thinking led this project. I designed a UX/UI solution for therapy booking that prioritized accessibility, trust, and the sensitive needs of users. Working hands-on with stakeholders, I transformed clinical requirements into designs that reduced friction, respected privacy, and built a human-centred workflow.
